Is there an age requirement? 

Yes!! It is 21+ only with valid ID.

What can I expect from The Event?

A seated 4 part cocktail experience and live show.

 

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The exhibition will be held at an indoor venue.

 

How long does the experience last?

The visit will take around 75 to 90 minutes.

 

Will food and beverages be available on-site for purchase?

A pre-show bar will be available at some venues but food will not be available.

 

With the 4 cocktails, can modifications be made for allergies?

Yes, just let your server know and they will substitute your drink to accommodate an allergies or preferences inlcuding making non-alcoholic drinks.

 

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

Yes, the event is seated.

 

What is the dress attire?

We recommended coming in cocktail attire to the event.

 

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

It is recommended that you arrive within the time stated on your ticket, but you can arrive up to 15 minutes prior to show time.

 

What happens if I arrive late?

We will still seat you during the performance breaks.

 

Can I bring animals?

Only service animals.

 

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Every venue is different. You would have to contact the venue where the event takes place.

 

What if the weather is bad?

The event is held indoors, so they show will go on regardless of the outside weather. In some cases, if snow or storms cause roads to the venue to not be accessible, then an email will be sent canceling the event.

 

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. 

 

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just send them your tickets.

 

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please use the contact form to see if this is a possibility.

 

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can contact the ticket provider from which you purchased the ticket. We can also check you in by name if you do not have your tickets on you.
